Description

This Rally Kit is designed to improve the steering system of the Tamiya TT‑02 so it can compete on small special stages. It significantly reduces the turning radius without excessive grinding or removing parts of the chassis. The top‑mounted servo position makes the steering more direct and smoother while allowing steering geometry modifications. This kit also eliminates the stock plastic steering system that can easily get blocked by stones and dirt.

Basic Version

The basic version is perfect for anyone who has already started modifying their TT‑02 or wants to assemble the car themselves. If you want more performance – check the advanced version.

Basic Version Requires:

• Servo saver – TAMIYA 51000, 50473, 54893, XRAY 372503, and similar (hole spacing 9 – 11 mm)
• Aluminum or steel CVDs (2 pcs for front axle) – included in advanced version
• Turnbuckles (2 pcs connecting servo with front uprights)* – included in advanced version

* compatible 30–32 mm turnbuckles with suitable ball ends can be used

Basic Version Includes:

• Aluminum top deck
• Aluminum servo horn (hole spacing 9 – 10 mm)
• Aluminum steering‑knuckle extension – 3 sets (different lengths for steering angle adjustment)
• 3D‑printed bushings for steering arm to knuckle connection – 3 sets (depending on shock size)
• 3D‑printed battery holder preventing contact with steering system
• 3D‑printed top‑deck bushing for SRX model
• Hardware: all needed screws, pads, nuts (20 pcs assorted M3 stainless hardware)
• Clear assembly instructions and Rally Cars RC stickers

Materials

Aluminum parts are machined from 2 mm 5000‑series aluminum. 3D‑printed parts are produced from PETG – waterproof and easy to clean.
